NOTE: This is the website for the December 2011 Savannah Holiday Tour of Homes.  The December 2012 Holiday Tour of Homes will be on December 8 & 9, 2012.  Our updated site and online ticket sales for 2012 will be available here on Sept 1, 2012.  We anticipate using the same successful formula in 2012, so you can rely on the information on this site for advance planning.

Our series of historic downtown scenes created by Savannah artist Wayne Chambers especially for the Holiday Tour of Homes features this watercolor of the Park Avenue Manor this year.  The Park Avenue Manor is also included in our 2011 Holiday Tour of Inns.

Friday, Dec 9th
Begin your Savannah weekend by attending the City Market Holiday Open House. Experience the beauty of holiday decorations including hundreds of lights and over 500 luminaria in the courtyard.  Enjoy Christmas carolers, visit with Father Christmas, and sample holiday treats in the shops and galleries. This annual Open House starts at six pm and continues until nine.  Wayne Chambers, Holiday Tour of Homes' featured artist, will be welcoming guests in his gallery.

Saturday, Dec 10th
At least six stunning historic properties are featured on each of our afternoon and evening House Tours -- 12 different properties in all.  Another magnificent private residence, not included on the house tours, has been selected as the venue for the Victorian Tea held between the afternoon and evening tours.

This year our Saturday holiday program includes afternoon and evening tours of Historic Savannah Homes and Victorian Tea in a restored Savannah mansion. 

On Sunday, our guests will have the opportunity to a tour a selection of Savannah's prestigious Historic Victorian Inns and top off a delightful Savannah Weekend with a special live Holiday Show at the historic Savannah Theater.
